In the above photos, CleanSeal was approved to treat water damage and microbial growth on baseboards and walls that had been damaged by flooding. It is easy to see both the water damage and staining in the “Before” photo on the left.

In the photo on the right, CleanSeal is being applied by one of our certified technicians. It should be noted that there was no attempt to clean or dry any part of the surface prior to application. The CleanSeal solution which is being applied (flowing from the blue nozzle in upper left hand corner of the photo) contains no paint, primer, or “cover-up” materials or disinfectants whatsoever…just CleanSeal. It is also easy to see that no such efforts or measures were taken to cover-up the stains as the nail spackling is still clearly visible after application.
